The Company Sponsor Licence is required for companies that want to sponsor overseas workers to come to the UK to work. The licence is granted by the Home Office and allows companies to sponsor up to 50 workers per year.

Eligibility
  • The company must be a legal entity that is incorporated in the UK.
  • The company must have a physical presence in the UK.
  • The company must have a track record of paying its employees on time and in full.
  • The company must have a positive employment history.
  • The company must have a good reputation and be free from any criminal convictions.
  • The company must have the financial resources to support the costs of sponsorship.
